GSGA Newsletter

March 31, 2022

Hello SPH students,

Happy Thursday and welcome to this issue of the GSGA newsletter!

We would like to congratulate the 2022 Cancer Epidemiology Education in Special Populations (CEESP) fellows, Alexander Ahn, Vivian Le, Emanuel Mejia, and Thinh Vu. The CEESP is a research training program funded by the NIH/NCI grant # (R25 CA112383) since 2006 to develop careers of public health students from all schools and programs in public health in the U.S. in the field of cancer epidemiology and cancer prevention and control. The program provides funding to students to conduct mentored cancer research in global and U.S. minority settings.

Congratulations to the four awardees!

Sincerely,
GSGA 2021-2022
