GSGA Newsletter

November 18, 2021

Welcome to November SPH students,

You have come a long way – whether this is your first year or your last semester at CUNY SPH. This is the time to reflect on everything you have accomplished and are currently doing to get closer to achieving your academic goals!

In our academic endeavors, our families and friends are often the ones who are keeping us on track and there should not be any need for an official day to say “Thank you” to our loved ones, friends, and families. Right? Every day can be a “Thanksgiving Day”, a time to express our gratitude. Enjoy the little break, refresh yourself, spend some super quality time with your amazing friends and families.

HAPPY FRIENDSGIVING!!!

We would like to share with you upcoming events, resources for students, trainings, and other opportunities! Check below!

Sincerely,
GSGA 2021-2022

GSGA Virtual Escape Room

GSGA is excited to inform you that, we are planning to arrange an Online Virtual Escape Room in the first week of December. Please stay tuned and do not forget to check your SPH email for more information.

Virtual escape rooms are online activities conducted via Zoom and other platforms. During these events, teams solve riddles and complete puzzles in a fixed amount of time, with the goal of “escaping the room.” The purpose of these experiences is to encourage collaboration, teamwork, and team building.

Get prepared for a lot of fun and a little respite before the end of the Spring semester.
